You will see that if you change your diet, your mental health may improve. Our physical bodies are closely related to how we feel, and you cannot underestimate this connection. For instance, there are even specific foods you could eat that might make it easier for you to do a good job of caring for your state of mind. Or, if you at least start to make better decisions about your exercise regimen, then maybe you could feel proud of yourself for making some important strides in the right direction and can overcome all of your feelings of depression.
